Pad Type 04 · Permian Basin & ERCOT West Siting
Permian Basin and West Texas land for gas-fired power and compute.
In the Delaware and Midland Basins, associated gas production, gathering pipelines, and rural electric distribution lines frequently cross the same ranch or section. Operators building modular compute or microgrid pads look for 2 to 20 level acres outside active drilling setbacks where a generator bank can pull field gas today and, where feasible, parallel with or step into ERCOT West distribution or transmission infrastructure later.
Methane.Exchange screens West Texas and Southeastern New Mexico surface tracts against buyer requirements while our land team reads the underlying surface deeds, prior oil and gas leases, pipeline right-of-way easements, and grazing leases. Nothing is published on a public map and nothing is shared with a developer without your permission.
