What the form collects

Your name, email, optional phone, role, location and the details you enter. Submissions include a source domain, timestamp and request reference.

Where information goes

The form sends a request to the shared Our Landmen LLC portfolio intake in Google Firebase. Its operating notification and review workflow may copy submission information to team email accounts. We use the request to consider and respond to your inquiry.

Worksheets on this website

Worksheet inputs and results stay in the current page. They are not saved in browser storage or sent with a request unless you choose to include them. Further information sharing needs a separately agreed process.

Retention

We have not set a fixed retention period. Submitted requests remain stored until deleted. Please keep private contracts, financial account numbers and identity documents out of the first form.
